2012 London Olympic Gold medalist Shannon Boxx shares how being a multiple sport player through high school helped her be successful in soccer along with stories of growing up in a competitive household and her passion for the game.

“But all of it is just to create this passion for the game. And, as parents, that’s what you want your kids to do. And it’s encouraging them and being positive, no matter how the game turns out. Because, at that level, it’s not about winning and losing. It’s about enjoying themselves out there and learning the game.”
