eAYSO Instructions For Shutterfly

All teams that are formed in eAYSO will automatically have a team site created for them on or after the “Shutterfly Team Site Release Date.” Emails will be sent directly to the team coach with instructions on how to activate the team site.

To ensure this process goes smoothly, Regions should do the following:

1. Set your Shutterfly Team Website release date in eAYSO under the Shutterfly Team Site Release Date. The date can be controlled by navigating to Region -> Set Up -> Programs Menu. We recommend that you select a date shortly after season kickoff meeting for coaches when you distribute rosters.



2. Make sure your Region’s teams are formed in eAYSO prior to the Shutterfly Team Site Release Date.
   


3. You can also view your Shutterfly Team Site Release Date under Team Formation and the Create New Team fields.





4. Ensure that the email address for each head coach is correct and that each team has at least 4 players listed in eAYSO.

Shutterfly will automatically send an email to the coach of each team with instructions on how to activate the team site and how to share the website with parents.

Note: The Shutterfly Team Website Release Date in eAYSO can be found under the Region, Setup, Programs menu. It is currently set to 9/1/12, so this must be changed if you do not want the Shutterfly Team sites to be sent to coaches on this date.
