"The creative insight to the "Great Soccer Starts Here" campaign is quite simple. If you watch a kids soccer game, you’ll see them playing soccer. They wear uniforms, cleats and shin guards. They make moves, take shots and play with passion. For them, it’s real. They do many of the same things the professionals do, just on a smaller stage," explains Daniel Gray, a member of the AYSO National Marketing Commission and the creative director behind the new AYSO registration campaign.
"Combining that feeling with the pros that have grown up playing AYSO brings the campaign to life and gives real meaning to the line."
Daniel Gray has been creating advertising campaigns for over 20 years. He is a creative director for a major advertising agency in Los Angeles. As a long-time AYSO volunteer, he has enjoyed coaching his daughter and two sons.He currently serves as an Area Coach Administrator.
