Herbalife Cash Uniform Incentive
AYSO sponsor Herbalife is again helping AYSO Regions in 2010 with a $.50 per uniform cash payment when using the AYSO-Herbalife logo. In these tough financial times, Herbalife is helping AYSO kids in a practical way by helping to keep fees low with their national sponsorship PLUS giving cash directly to the Regions through the uniform program.
Herbalife is a worldwide wellness and nutrition company that offers over 250 products including a kid's line of protein snack shakes, protein bars and H3O, a low-sugar sports drink. Herbalife is the Official Nutrition Advisor to AYSO.
For your Region to receive the uniform cash payment, simply choose the AYSO-Herbalife uniform logo. Tell your uniform vendor that you want the AYSO-Herbalife logo, and if your vendor didn't participate in this program last year, have them call 310-727-5424 for complete information. Then e-mail a copy of your uniform invoices to Herbalife@ayso.org or fax them to 310-643-5310, Attn: Herbalife. Once that is complete, your Region Treasurer will receive a check in the mail within 30 days.
The final deadline to submit uniform invoices is Oct. 1, 2010. Invoices may be submitted all together or in batches.

Dr. Luigi is a physician specialist in family medicine and clinical physician at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition. Gratton earned an undergraduate degree in science and a master’s in public health from UCLA. He was awarded a medical degree from Mount Sinai Medical School of New York University and fulfilled his residency in family medicine at the Los Angeles County Hubert Humphrey Family Medicine Center. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship in clinical nutrition at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
